Meet The Owners
Lavern Stutzman
Lavern has years of experience in building pole barns and more recently has spent seven years designing houses and more. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and hunting as well as taking family trips to the beach.
Marion Schrock
Marion has years of experience in the truss industry and has a lot of knowledge in the pole barn industry. He enjoys running livestock and taking his family camping on the weekends.
Nelson Stutzman
Nelson has years of experience in building pole barns and also has worked at a metal manufacturing facility. His hobbies include crop farming and taking care of some livestock.

Lumber Products
We carry a wide variety of framing lumber, everything from OSB & precut studs to Southern Yellow Pine 2/12s & treated posts. Our treated material & SYP is all #1 lumber and our SPF is #2 & better grade. We also have a large inventory of hardware, nails, screws, hangers, etc.

Metal Roofing & Siding
With our MRS roll former, we are able to manufacture 2 different panel profiles (AG panels and R panels. We also have a brake, in which we can make any custom trim profile up to 20′. We stock 21 colors that will accent with the current color of any project.
